A Kurdish rapper, from the city of Kermanshah in western Iran, was arrested at his home for supporting the Iran Revolution. And then, according to reports from the regime’s show trials, they have convicted him of “waging war against god”, which is a term made up by Islamists and used as a pretext to murder that person. It is the same label Alqaedeh and ISIS used for people they murdered in suicide attacks or when they were in power. And the same label the Islamic regime in Iran has used for more than four decades, without a hint of objection from any government in the world to the absurdity of such labels and such grounds for ‘conviction’. And so the killing machine keeps going and people like Saman are about to be murdered by the regime while in captivity. A regime that knows its days are numbered, but kills and kills and kills, just to hang on to power for a few more days.

Saman’s mother released a video on 07.12.2022, pleading with the Iranian people, as a “mother with a broken heart”, to help his son. There are reports that Saman has been subjected to severe physical and psychological torture. Including one account in which he has been held captive in a food refrigerator for three days. His life is in imminent danger and he needs our help.
