He is 15 years old, he was arrested for participating in protests against the Islamic Republic of Iran. IRGC Security forces beat him while arresting him and he was sent to the IRGC detention centre, also known as a safe house. No one is aware of where these safe houses are located so there is no supervision whatsoever.

He was moved to a youth detention centre after a week and could contact his mother by phone. Amir Hossein told her mother that he has been tortured. He was blindfolded and beaten up constantly during his interrogation. He confessed to whatever the interrogator asked him to confess to. His interrogator made him write down his forced confession and sign the document.

He was supposed to be released on bail. When his family finally could prepare the bail amount, the judge denied his release.

The Islamic court rejected the lawyer his family appointed. His trial was held behind closed doors and he has been accused of “corruption on earth” one of the charges the Islamic Regime uses as a pretext to execute people. They want to execute a 15-year-old kid based on the confessions he signed while being tortured.
