Farzaneh and Hamid GharehHassanloo

Hamid and Farzaneh are husband and wife. Farzaneh is a pathologist and Hamid is a radiologist.

On the 4th of November at 2 am IRGC Security agents forcefully entered their house, attacked them, beat them up, and arrested them. Their 10 years old daughter witnessed it all.

For 10 days no one was aware of their whereabouts. After 10 days, Security forces had to take Hamid to the hospital for surgeries due to pneumothorax. Under torture, his rib was broken and punctured his lung.

On the 1st of December, they attended their first trial which was held behind closed doors and have been accused of “corruption on earth” one of the charges invented by Islamists as a pretext to execute a person.
